Enjoyed our good-sized and functional rooms in this place.

The staff members were very professional and suggested local places. Units with balcony.

Great location, historical center. Helpful staff, character, good restaurant, close to shops and restaurants, 50s ambiance. Comfortable and clean rooms, proximity to main square. Elegant entrance and main room. Original decor from the 1940s. Nice breakfast, traditional waitresses. Kind and helpful staff. Walk-in closet, spacious shower with warm water. Free coffee, laundry and concierge services. TV with local and international channels. Close to Mercado Central and shops.

There was nothing I didn't like.

    Charming and Conveniently Located

During my recent stay at a hotel in the heart of downtown, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's charming art-deco atmosphere. The clean and comfortable rooms provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the historic area. Although the lack of in-room wifi was a slight inconvenience for my business needs, the staff's graciousness made up for it. The hotel's location was ideal for immersing myself in the vibrant local culture, with bustling streets and a bustling market just steps away. Furthermore, the delicious traditional Guatemalan cuisine served at the restaurant was a delightful highlight. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable travel experience.

This hotel, located in the heart of the historic district, offers great value for money. The staff is friendly and attentive to detail. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a big wraparound balcony that provides stunning views of the bustling streets below. The breakfast served in the lobby is a delightful start to the day.

No improvement needed, everything was absolutely fine.
